Because of the abuse that often is attempted on sites such as ours, we have to set and enforce certain purchase policies. These policies are for your protection as well as ours and that of our theatre members. Our goal is to provide you with a great experience beginning with the purchase of your ticket, and continuing through the entire show.
We believe that the way to do this is to provide complete information about the process and what the rules are. Please take a minute to read them.
RetrieverTickets.com does not offer refunds or exchanges of tickets purchased on our web site. This includes the per ticket service fee.
Why do we do have this policy?
When you purchase a ticket on our site, the ticket is removed from the theatre's inventory of tickets for that show. This means that in order to ensure that you have a seat, the ticket cannot be resold.WHEN YOU PURCHASE TICKETS FROM OUR SITE, YOU ASKED TO VERIFY YOUR ORDER. BE SURE TO CHECK THE TITLE, DATE, TIME AND LOCATION BEFORE YOU FINALIZE YOUR PURCHASE BY CLICKING ON 'PLACE ORDER' or 'COMPLETE PURCHASE'.
If you cannot attend a show, you may contact the theatre for which you purchased the ticket(s) and ask about their policy dealing with refunds and or exchanges.
It makes sense to contact the theatre as soon as you know you cannot attend the show, as their refund or exchange policy will be influenced by whether or not they think they can sell the ticket that you have reserved through your purchase. Refunds or exchanges can only be made at the theatre for which you have purchased the ticket(s) to the show; at the place where you would retrieve the ticket(s) purchased through our site. Refund and exchange policies are set by each individual theatre. In any case, the service charge retained by RetrieverTickets.com is not refundable.
Tickets purchased on RetrieverTickets.com are exactly the same as tickets purchased at the theatre's Box Office. Once an online ticket purchase is completed, the seat is confirmed for the selected show time. Unless a specific seat (row/column) is purchased to a theatre that offers "assigned" seating, the seat location for each show is provided on a first come first served basis.
Your confirmation page and email confirmation contains important information about retrieving your tickets at the theatre. While tickets can always be redeemed with the confirmation number provided in the email we encourage all of our customers to bring to the a printed copy of the confirmation email, the credit card used to make the purchase, and some form of photo identification.
Box Office: The theatres Box Office can print your purchased tickets by using your confirmation number.
Concessions: Many theatres operate 'Dual' stations that sell both tickets and concessions together. A cashier can print your purchased tickets with your confirmation number.
Kiosk: Some theatres offer self service Kiosks.
Please familiarize yourself with the available pick-up options at the theatre when you arrive for your show. Call ahead to the theatre if you have any questions concerning ticket pick-up.
All theatre locations accept Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Acceptance of American Express varies by location. The accepted card types are listed just above the credit card entry field. We accept 'Single-Use' card number security products.
Charges on your credit card statement will appear under the merchant name associated with the theatre to which you purchased the ticket(s).
RetrieverTickets.com does not set ticket prices, show times, or policies on discount coupons or passes. These are set by the theatre that is offering the show you have chosen. If there are taxes assessed on theatre ticket sales, these will based on the total ticket price and will be part of your total charge.
